RSA fashion interiors project
The theme for this years RSA fashion interiors project was "optimism" with a core of the sustainability of the fabrics. Therefore I printed all my patterns on natural textiles like linen and cotton. My influence came from archaeological patterns like Ango-Saxon ornaments or Celtic knots. For me the optimism occurrs in the re-use of the ancient patterns and the recycling of ideas from the people back then as well as the awareness of the history of the human kind.

my bags 2006
these are the bags I designed and produced 2006 while my practical placement. I had problems with the commercial sewing machine, especially sewing in the zippers! but I enjoyed the work there
